NYMHCA regional chapters are forming around the state! There is a very great need for clinical counselors to have places to meet, network, continue their education and even to mentor students coming into the profession!
You must be a NYMHCA member in good standing in order to become a member of a regional chapter. If there is no chapter near where you live, contact us to learn how you can start one!

- It is possible that this chapter might have to be divided into Nassau and Suffolk County Chapters if there is a great number of counselors interested in participating.

New groups of counselors coming together to form a chapter are calledInterest Groups. An interest group can stay at that level, or over time evolve into a chartered chapter.
