Examination Preparation Workshops
NYMHCA is in the process of establishing a system by which counselors in need of the exam preparation workshops can be connected to presenters willing to give them one-on-one or in small or large groups. Go to the Licensure Examinations page for more information.
Child Abuse Prevention Workshops
NYMHCA continues to offer the 2-hour child abuse prevention workshops to help counselors and other professionals in complying with licensure requirements. Click on the link to the left to view the current schedule of workshops being offered. If there is no workshop being offered in your area and you need to take it, please email us and we will try to plan one for you and others in your area. These workshops have been approved for 2 contact hours of continuing education by the National Board for Certified Counselors.
