Did you take the NYS licensure exam?
Would you be willing to give the exam prep workshop for an individual using Skype?
We will be holding a training for workshop presenters on Saturday, August, 28th at the Albany Marriott. Trainees will be responsible for their travel expenses and the only fee NYMHCA will charge will be $15 to cover coffee and lunch on that day. The Marriott is extending to us their $99 a night rate for those who want to arrive the night before or stay over the night of the training.
The workshop training will be held from 9:30 am until 4 pm and there is room for only 25 participants. Other opportunities for training will be announced at a later time.
Please note that because there will only be 25 spots open for this training and registrants will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.
Possible expenses for those taking the training:
- Travel to Albany (gas, food, tolls, etc)
- Hotel for one night $99 pus taxes, etc
- Coffee/lunch at hotel - $15
- NBCC Exam Study Guide - $44.95
- DSM- IV - TR if you don't already own it.
NYMHCA will make the study guides available for purchase at the training. Please come prepared with a check to reimburse us for the study guide and for the $15 for coffee/lunch.
