We are proud to provide these services to you. Your membership dues help pay for some of them, but donations help to ensure that these and other services will continue.  We are the only professional organization in New York dedicated to working exclusively for clinical counselors!!

There are 4 Payment Options:

        1. Make your check payable to "NYMHCA" and mail to:

           *On the memo line at the bottom of your check, please write "donation,"                   or  "donation to scholarship fund."
     


        2. Online using your credit card.

            We use the secure payment processing services of ProfessionalCharges.com                   to handle our online Debit and Credit Card payments.
 
            To Make an Online Payment:

               * Click on the Make Donation Online button below, and the payment                          form  will open in a new  window.
               * Enter your name as it appears on your debit card or credit card.
               * Use our Provider Vendor Number 11-34578 for the Provider's License
                   Number.
                * For Description of Charge put either "Donation," "CLANY" or "Scholarship                                     Donation."
                * Complete the form and click on the Submit Payment button at the                                    bottom.
                * Print yourself a copy of the receipt that will appear.
                * Please note:  Your credit card statement will list a charge made to:
                        Professional Charges.







        3. Call our office and our office administrator will take your credit
              card  information and process the donation for you.   1-800-4-

         4. Schedule a monthly donation of an amount of your choosing.  It will                  automatically be charged to your credit card account at the beginning 
              of every month.  To arrange for this donation plan, please contact our
