Early Registration - Full Convention
Full convention registration includes: the Friday evening Dessert Reception with Panel Discussion, Concurrent Workshop Sessions and coffee breaks on Saturday, plus the Saturday luncheon. It does notinclude the pre-convention workshops, the Buffet Breakfasts or Saturday evening event. Your convention badge will serve as your admission ticket to all events.
Pre-Convention Workshop Registration:
Four workshops run from 3 - 6 pm pm on Friday, July 17th, so select only one. The fee is $100. Click on "Convention Info" link for more information about these workshops.

NBCC Continuing Education Credits:
This convention is eligible for NBCC continuing education credits for the renewal of national certifications. Forms are provided at the registration desk upon request.
Donation to NYMHCA
Please consider making donation to help defray expenses related to our legislative agenda or to support our convention assistantship fund.
A full refund minus a processing fee of $50 will be made for cancellations received by us by email or letter, on or before July 1st, 2020. No refunds are available after this date. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
Guests may attend certain events at the convention, as long as they are not attending workshops. They can attend the following events for the fees listed below:

Continuing Education Requirements for LMHC's:
LMHC's in New York are required to obtain 36 continuing education hours every 3 years in order to renew their licenses. NYMHCA is an approved provider of continuing education for NYS. ~ Presenters of regular or double workshops can deduct 30% from their general registration fee. The
general registration fee does NOT include: pre-convention workshops, buffet breakfasts or the social

One workshop runs from 2-6 pm on Friday, July 17th. The fee is $125
This workshop includes the clinical training for a certification in telemental health. Training on ethics and law can be done online to complete the certification.This course will teach you the clinical aspects of providing behavioral health services via video and phone sessions. It covers how to create an emergency management plan, how to assess a prospective client for fit, and the complete process of conducting telemental health sessions.
Telemental Health Workshop @ $125:
*Those registering only for the 4 hour pre-convention workshop and not the convention need to add a $10 processing fee, making the total $135.
